How the money actually works
At the time of booking
50% deposit plus a 2% booking fee confirms the booking. If you are booking within thirty days of arrival, the full amount is taken then.
One month before you arrive
The remaining balance comes off the same card. Make sure it is still valid — this is the step people forget.
No bond
Naiko does not hold a bond. Your card is only charged afterwards if something is damaged or the house needs cleaning beyond the ordinary.
If you need to cancel
More than 30 days out, a $100 administration fee. Between 29 and 15 days, 50% of the booking. Inside 14 days, the full tariff. Travel insurance is worth it on a booking made this far ahead.
